Paul Dugan founder and director of Dugan & Co Property encompasses over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market. Completing over $700 million in property sales transactions and $9 million worth of leasing transactions in Industrial and Commercial property. He ventured into commercial real estate and founded Dugan & Co Property in 2016. His mission is to deliver personalised, result-oriented services for the investor that fills the void left by larger institutionalised agencies. The foundation is built on energy, passion and relentless pursuit of results, prioritising service excellence for the clients.

The merger with Beacon Real Estate, a specialist in Commercial Property Management firm since 1996 with a team of 14 property professionals, fortifies the mission to deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong relationships.
